1. Do not use the coffee machine without water.
 
2. 4. In order to prevent overheating, please keep the power supply smooth, and the ventilation inlet and outlet shall not be blocked; besides the cup plate, the towel or similar things shall not be covered on the warm cup holder.
 
5. The cup can only be placed on the warm cup holder after it is completely dry; do not place anything on the warm cup holder except the cup plate.
 
6. If you do not use the coffee machine for a long time, turn off the power and completely release the pressure in the boiler of the machine.
 
7. Any accessories of the machine and equipment shall not be brushed with iron wire, steel brush and other articles; it is necessary to use a wet cloth to carefully scrub.
 
8. Put a proper amount of coffee powder into the handle of the filter cup and carefully compact it with the pressing handle. Daily cleaning and maintenance:
 
 
 
1. Body cleaning of semi-automatic coffee machine: wipe the body with a wet rag before starting the machine every day. If you need to use a cleaner, please use a mild and non corrosive cleaner to spray it on the wet rag and then wipe the body (pay attention that the rag should not be too wet, and the cleaner should not be directly sprayed on the body to prevent excess water and detergent from penetrating into the circuit system, eroding the wires and causing short circuit).
 
 
 
2. Outlet of cooking head: after each production, take down the handle and press the cleaning key, wash down the coffee dregs left in the cooking head and on the filter screen, and then insert the handle into the socket (Note: do not insert the handle tightly at this time). Four Boiler: in order to extend the service life of the boiler, if you do not use the machine for a long time, please turn off the power supply and turn on the steam switch. The pressure in the boiler will be released completely. When the pressure gauge of the boiler indicates zero and the steam is no longer ejected, clean the water pan and drain tank (Note: do not turn off the steam switch at this time. 5. Water pan: remove the water pan and wipe it with a clean cloth before opening or using, and then replace it after drying.
 
 
 
6. Drain tank: remove the water pan and clean the sediment in the drain tank with a wet rag or napkin, then wash with hot water to keep the drain pipe unblocked. If the drainage is not good, pour a small spoon of cleaning powder into the drain tank and wash with hot water to dissolve the coffee residue in the drain pipe.
 
 
 
7. Filter cup and filter handle: wash the handle with hot water at least once a day to dissolve the residual coffee oil and sediment on the handle, so as to prevent some oil and sediment from flowing into the coffee during cooking and affecting the quality of coffee.
 
 
 
Eight , brewing system and filter cup handle: remove the filter cup of any filter cup handle and replace it with a non porous filter cup for cleaning and disinfection; put a small spoon of cleaning powder (2-3 g) into the filter cup; insert the filter cup handle into the socket and check whether it is fully closed; press the cleaning key for about 2-3 seconds and then the button stops. After repeated for several times, loosen the handle, sweep the cleaning key and shake the handle left and right to wash The washer and the inner side of the cooking head until the water in the filter bowl becomes clean and colorless.
